ABOUT US

The GFF Foundation serves as a bridge for all social initiatives in Bali. It connects communities, organizations, and programs to create lasting positive impact.

About Us

Yayasan GFF is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting health, fitness, and community development through accessible and inclusive exercise programs. Its mission is to make fitness a universal right by providing simple, scalable routines that can be practiced anywhere, regardless of age, gender, or resources. Beyond physical training, the foundation builds partnerships with schools, local communities, and organizations to encourage active lifestyles, foster social connections, and support long-term wellness.

Global Fast Fit was started in December, 2023 in Bali and now has teams in Thailand, China, India, Kenya, Uganda, and the US who have helped people of 29 different nationalities around the world complete the Global Fast Fit routine thousands of times. Our goal is to establish a Universal Fitness Standard for full body functional fitness and to increase the role of exercise in preventive health care.

Started in late 2021, the Virginia Groom Foundation has provided assistance over 3300 times to over 1200 people in Bali, ranging from being a major supporter of the Seeds of Hope orphanage to providing ongoing medical care, food, and water to a group of needy seniors outside the major tourist areas.
